Board & Committees

The Parish Pastoral Council are parishioners who advise the pastor, providing vision and direction for the parish. It acknowledges its origins in the Second Vatican Council, and is in accord with Archdiocesan church norms. The Council works with various boards and committees throughout the year as a channel of communication with all parish organizations.
The St. Roberts Parish Foundation Board provides ongoing financial support for St. Robert’s religious, charitable, and educational purposes. Members meet quarterly with the Finance Committee and set investment policy, select and oversee professional investment managers to handle the assets of the endowment, and provide an ongoing review of the performance of investment managers.
This committee advises and assists the Pastor in all financial matters concerning St. Robert’s Parish and School. The Finance Committee is responsible for establishing and monitoring annual budgets, financial auditing and reporting, and managing parish assets and liabilities. The committee has oversight on school tuition, regular and special offertory receipts, and special projects.
The Total Education Board advises the Pastor, Principal of St. Robert Bellarmine School, and the Director of Religious Education, Youth Ministry, and Reed Early Learning Center with governance matters essential to maintain the school and religious education for parish youth.
The Technology Committee provides counsel and advice on issues related to communications and information technology throughout the parish and school.
Money counters provide accurate counts of all Sunday and Holy Day financial contributions made through the church offertory, prepare receipts for deposit, and post contributions to the parish records.
Volunteers patrol the St. Robert’s parking lot in their cars during Masses and special occasions. The objective is to deter crime and protect parishioners and visitors.
