We hear these three words all the time…. Time, Talent and Treasure… but the constant behind those words are the people!

I repeatedly hear from parishioners and non-parishioners, “St. Roberts is really a very special place isn’t it?” I respond by saying, “I am sure all parishes are special to their parishioners, but I have to agree, “St. Robert Bellarmine is a very special place!” We truly are very blessed!! We hear these three words all the time…. Time, Talent and Treasure… but the constant behind those words are the people! The people is what makes St. Robert’s parish this special place. 

Some parishioners may lead a board or a committee; others may help at Donut Sunday, a game booth at the picnic, donate a meal for a funeral or pray in adoration for continued blessings for our parish. We each have a call and a purpose and we each contribute in a special way to serve our parish. There are many opportunities at St. Roberts to be involved.

Parking Lot Security

Volunteers patrol the St. Robert’s parking lot in their cars during Masses and special occasions. The objective is to deter crime and protect parishioners and visitors.

Volunteers patrol for two-hour shifts in pairs using their cars marked with magnetic signs and a flashing roof light. Each volunteer contributes two hours of service two or three times each year (announced a week in advance in the church bulletin).
