I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Education from UNOmaha and a Master's of Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University.

Favorite thing about SRB (or teaching)
I love SRB because of its family atmosphere. I have never taught at a school where the teachers care for each other and work together like one cohesive machine! I also love teaching because of those “ah-ha” moments and I get quite a few of those teaching Spanish!

Favorite bible verse
! My favorite bible verse is 1 Corinthians 13:13: "And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.”

Favorite hobby/pastime
My favorite pastime is reading and working in my garden.

What was your favorite subject in school, and why?
My favorite subject in school was reading until high school when I took Spanish and that was love at first conjugation! I love the language itself but it also gave me a better understanding of the English language as well.

Favorite Ice Cream Flavor
My favorite ice cream flavor is Mint Chocolate Chip.

Any other fun fact you want to share
A fun fact is that while I love living in Nebraska, my happy place is the Oregon coast. The combination of mountains and beach are amazing and I get to visit my sisters, who both live there!
